All work undertaken by our company is fully guaranteed for 36 months from its completion. All the equipment used comes with the manufacturers' guarantees, and we are also happy to issue the following guarantees at no additional cost.
All equipment supplied and fitted comes with a 12 months parts and labour guarantee. Should any issues emerge in this period, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. For 24 months after this, all submersible pumps are guaranteed for parts. During this period, a call out charge will be made but the parts will be repaired or replaced for free.
We also offer a clearwater guarantee for filtration systems, the fibreglass used in Koi pond construction is guaranteed for 10 years and electrics will be installed by fully qualified electricians.
All ponds and water features can come in any size or shape, and can meet any special requirements you have. This includes projects on roof gardens or indoor water features.
Accessories such as waterfalls, fountains, underwater lighting, fish stocking and aquatic planting can be priced seperately.
Like gardens, all ponds and water features need to be serviced and maintained. Maintenance is normally fairly simple. However, if customers would like us to take care of the installed equipment we will provide a quotation. We can offer any programme, from basic annual maintenance to regular monthly visits.
