All our workmanship and equipment comes fully guaranteed and we make every effort to ensure that the customer gets the very best, not just in the aesthetics of the features but in the construction methods and materials used as well. Full details are given for each type of feature.

Guarantees

Labour

All work undertaken by AQUASCAPES is fully guaranteed for 36 months from completion date.

Equipment

All equipment used comes with the normal manufacturer's guarantees. However, because of the quality of the equipment used, AQUASCAPES are confident to issue our own guarantees at no extra cost to the customer.

All equipment supplied and fitted comes with a 12 months parts and labour guarantee
Should anything go wrong with the equipment in the initial 12 months period we will come out and repair/replace the item for no charge, sorting out the guarantee with the manufacturer ourselves.

For 24 months thereafter all submersible pumps are guaranteed for parts
Should there be any failure during this period there will be a callout charge, but parts are repaired/replaced for free.

Clearwater guarantee for filtration systems
Not only do we guarantee our workmanship and against the failure of equipment, but also that the equipment does what it is designed to do. All filtration systems supplied and fitted by us come with a Clearwater Guarantee. This effectively guarantees that the pond will remain clear at all times. Ultimately, if the filter does not work it will be replaced with one that does.

Fibreglass
Fibreglass used in Koi pond construction is guaranteed for 10 years against perishing and cracking.

Electrics
Electrics that are installed from the house to the pond are done so by a fully qualified and competent electrician. All feed cable is armoured, all other wires are placed in conduits. The whole electrical system is protected by a 30mA RCD (trip switch). All electrics comply with current regulations.

Accessories and Special Requirements

All ponds/features come in three sizes, but these are only a guideline for pricing. Any variation in the sizes and shapes listed or materials used can be accommodated by AQUASCAPES. 

Accessories such as waterfalls, fountains and underwater lighting, fish stocking and aquatic planting are listed in the sections for each type of pond. If a customer has a requirement that is not listed, we can accommodate it.

After Sales Care

Like gardens, all ponds and water features need to be looked after. Maintenance is normally fairly simple but if customers would like us to take care of it for them we are happy to give a quotation for anything from basic annual maintenance to regular monthly visits.
