Chelsea Flower Show feature
One of our favourite features we have worked on, a 3 tier feature with chunky copper shoots beautifully lit up with brass plated LEDs. This feature was one of a few we constructed as part of The Royal Bank of Canadas Silver-Gilt award winning garden at The Chelsea Flower Show.
Corten steel
One of many Corten steel features we have completed in recent years with a 4m high waterwall that feeds into small bottom pool. Cor ten steel has become very popular in its use with cladding and waterwalls with architects, especially on commercial projects.
Formal koi pond with infinity window
Windows on raised ponds are quick becoming popular with koi enthusiasts. The results speak for themselves delivering a stunning and modern concept, and the best way to view your prized fish.
Bespoke granite water tables in Knightsbridge
These twin water tables provide a stunning entrance to this London home. With minimal noise and water movement they deliver a relaxing and reflective experience.
Trio of reflective water walls on roof garden
Water walls are becoming very popular as a commercial feature in restaurants, bars and as a feature inside as well as outside. One of the key elements of its popularity is the wow factor it can deliver with minimal footprint space, with the small gardens of London townhouses benefiting with their smaller gardens/ courtyards. As seen here water walls can be complimented nicely by surrounding greenwall.
Traditional Japanese koi garden
Taking design from traditional Japanese gardens and koi ponds the end result of this project was truly beautiful. It has a shallower end and elongated shape, with soft curves and a natural edging of traditional Japanese Grey / Green granite boulders. The planting really injects colour into the garden providing a real contrast of colours between the greys/browns of the stone and bridge, and that of the vibrant surround.
Reflective water table
This is one of the largest water tables we have constructed at a massive 13 metres long. The polished stone cladding which had many fossils visible gave this feature a really special element. The unusual inclusion of a shoot and rill leading to the house makes this water table truly unique.
Multi level rills
This feature was one of several we worked on at yet another Chelsea Flower show event. This rill was a part of 'A garden for Yorkshire' which won the 2016 peoples choice award. The multiple levels of the rill connected by compact water shoots really gives this feature a multidimensional aspect over the garden.
Reflecting pool at the Halcyon Gallery
This reflection pool with black dyed water was constructed for an CHIHULY art exhibit at the Halcyon gallery in New Bond street. The idea behind this was to highlight the artists hand blown glass ornaments and chandelier, and give a dazzling reflection with the colourful lights. A timed water pulse was included to give a very gentle rippling across the surface at given intervals.
Raised formal koi pond with granite chutes
This large multi-tier pond was constructed in a garden with a lot of history, the house formally belonging to John Lennon. The water starts at a lions mask going into the top small pond. From there it glides over two granite shoots to the main pond which held koi. From there it goes again over two more shoots into a shallow walkthrough area and then finally over an infinity edge to the last pool.
